The Starter plan ($79) doesn't include registered agent service. You can provide your own, or add AJP as your registered agent for $49/year during onboarding.
Yes — if your filing hasn't been submitted to the state yet, we'll issue a full refund. Once submitted, state fees are non-refundable per state policy.
